After order, you will receive an email to tell you if your item is pre-made (on hand) or pre-order (not on hand). If your order is in the pre-made batch, please allow 2-5 working days for it to arrive. If your order is in the pre-order batch, your order is being produced and shipped to us. Hold tight until we receive your item(s). This may take 8-12 days.
