HOW TO RETURN ITEMS


1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Please use our Return Portal below to register your return. Your Order Number, Address and E-Mail Address are needed. Please note the following requirements:


  • The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • The item has not been used, washed, or altered in any way
  • The return is made within 14 days of delivery


2. SHIP YOUR ITEMS

After confirming, download your DHL return label. Print it or have it scanned directly at DHL. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Send the package to the following address:

3. GET YOUR REFUND

Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or via store credit within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
